When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped 5-7 business days after you receive a confirmation email. We always ship with USPS.
How long can I burn my new candle?
For a longer lasting experience and a safer burn, we recommend lighting your candle for up to 2 hours at a time.
Do I need to remove any toppings on my candle before burning?
Please remove any toppings larger than a dime before burning! Smaller toppings should be safe so long as they stay away from the lit wick.
How do I clean my used candle vessel?
Excess soy wax is easily removed from your container by slowly pouring hot water into the vessel and allowing the water to cool. The wax will float to the top. Clean your vessel thoroughly with hot water and dish soap and enjoy it in a new way, whether as a plant pot or a pen cup.
